1. DECLARATION OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION:
The company eNumis, d.o.o. (hereinafter eNumis), is economic a company that sells coins and medals within the eNumis online store – all in accordance with The General Terms and Conditions of the eNumis Online Store (hereinafter: the General Terms and Conditions) and legal regulations of the Republic of Slovenia.
eNumis, d.o.o., collects the personal data of users of the eNumis online store in accordance with Regulation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data – GDPR (EU2016 / 679) and the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1).
eNumis, d.o.o., undertakes to protect personal data against misuse, disclosure and unauthorized access. All information will be treated confidentially and used solely for the purpose for which they were transmitted. eNumis, d.o.o., will not unjustifiably pass on personal data to third parties. The delivery service will be entrusted exclusively with personal data necessary for the delivery of the ordered items (name and surname consignee, delivery address, telephone number and e – mail address for notification of package status).
eNumis, d.o.o., is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness and up-to-dateness of personal data users. The user is also responsible for the protection of personal data by ensuring the security of your username and password.
2. COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1 COOKIES:
When visiting the eNumis online store, cookies are stored in small files in the user’s device and read from it.
Cookies are small sets of letters and digits that are stored on the user’s web browser or the hard disk of the user’s computer. Some cookies allow you to connect to each other user activities while browsing the eNumis online store from the moment the user opens a web browser window until the moment he closes it. The moment the user closes the web browser window, the corresponding cookies are deleted. 2.2 USE OF PERSONAL DATA OF WEBSITE VISITORS ONLINE STORE eNUMIS
If a user visits the eNumis online store, information about his behavior is displayed on processed online basis of the legitimate interest of eNumis, d.o.o., (without the user ‘s consent) for the purposes of:
- The IP address of the user ‘s device (the address of the device through which it communicates with other devices on the Internet),
- the operating system of the user’s device, its version and language settings,
- the browser used by the user on his device, its version and language settings,
- the web address (URL) of the page from which the user accesses the web page of the web eNumis store.
Personal data obtained for this purpose will be used for a maximum of 38 months.
Data on user behavior on the eNumis online store website are also processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of eNumis, d.o.o., (without the user ‘s consent), for the purpose of preparing tailor – made tenders and tailor – made advertisements disclosed online. The legitimate interest of eNumis, d.o.o. is in this case as best as possible tailored and as efficient an offer for users as possible.
Personal data obtained for this purpose shall be used for 1 month.
2.3 USE OF PERSONAL DATA OF REGISTERED USERS
To register, you need to visit the eNumis online store, so it applies to the user the treatment specified in section 2.2. After registration, the data processing is extended to base on the performance of the contract and based on a legitimate interest. After registration in the eNumis online store, the user ‘s identification and contact information, settings and order information (if repurchased later) based on the implementation of the contract with the user so that user accounts can be maintained. This way we can also use data about online user’s behavior obtained prior to registration, and data about user’s behavior online may also be collected if the user did not log in (if the user identifies himself using cookies). According to this information users can be breaking down into different groups, with each group receiving its own tailored offers.
Based on the legitimate interest of eNumis, d.o.o. (without user consent), they can also use user’s settings to test new features and applications before introduction as described in section 2.2. For this purpose, personal data is used for the duration of the user account, which may the user delete at any time.
3. RIGHTS OF THE USER REGARDING TO THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Regarding personal data, the user has the right to be informed, the right to correction, the right to erasure, the right to restrict data processing, the right to data portability and the right for a legal remedy.
The user has the right (right of acquaintance) to find out what information is collected about him, what purposes and for how long, from where the personal data was obtained, to whom it was provided by who, in addition to eNumis, d.o.o., processes it and what the user’s other rights in connection with the processing of personal data. The user can request a certificate of whether or not personal data concerning the user is collected and, if so, the user has the right to be informed of this information. Subject to the right of acquaintance, the user can from eNumis, d.o.o., requests a copy of the processed data.
The user has the right (right to correction) to request a correction or supplement personal data if they are incorrect or incomplete.
The user has the right (right to delete) to delete personal data, if it is filled with the following reasons:
- the company eNumis, d.o.o., personal data of the user for the purposes for which they were processed, no longer needed, the user has withdrawn consent to the processing of personal data, whereby data for the processing of which the user’s consent is necessary, the company eNumis, d.o.o., however, has no other reason to further process this data,
- the user assumes that the processing of personal data by eNumis d.o.o., is no longer in accordance with generally binding legal regulations. The user has the right (right to restrict data processing) to request a restriction processing of personal data
- if the user disputes the accuracy of the personal data as long as the user and eNumis, d.o.o., do not reach an agreement as to which information is correct,
- if the company eNumis, d.o.o., processes the personal data of the user without the appropriate legal basis, and the user will give priority to such data instead of deleting them restriction,
- if eNumis, d.o.o. no longer needs the user’s personal data, the user however, needs them to determine, enforce or defend its legal claimfs.
The user has the right (right to data portability) to request from eNumis, d.o.o., obtains all of its personal data provided by the user and provided by the company eNumis d.o.o., processes on the basis of the user’s consent. Personal information will be in such provided to the user in a structured, stable and machine-readable form. The user has the right (right to a legal remedy) to object to the processing of personal information based on point (e) or (f) of Article 6 (1) of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 and pending against the processing of data for the purposes of direct marketing, and the right to lodge a complaint with competent authority. This right can be exercised by the user if he assumes that eNumis, d.o.o., processes personal data unjustifiably or contrary to the general law binding legal regulations.
